Performance

One of the main selling points of a 2018 Ford Mustang is the punch is packs every time you slam on that accelerator. The 5.0L engine is equipped with a new port fuel and direct injection. This package is available on both the EcoBoost and EcoBoost Premium.

With the GT Performance Package, your ride will be enhanced with Brembo six-piston front brake calipers with large rotors. Plus. Your 2018 Ford Mustang will come with TORSEN limited-slip differential!

Your five drive modes include Normal, Snow/Wet, Sport, Track or Drag Strip mode let you handle ANY road conditions. With each of these drive modes, you’ll experience unique handing and response times. To make a drive mode adjustment, all you have to do is flip the toggle switch on the center stack.

Two of the sleekest features included with the 2018 Ford Mustang are launch control and electronic line-lock. Launch control combines the brakes, traction, and powertrain control to give you a smooth start no matter where you are. Even better, your performance info is displayed via TrackApps on the in-dash LCD screen. Electronic line-lock locks the front brakes and releases the rear brakes, warming up your tires for the speed that’s about to come.

Exterior

You don’t have to worry about your 2018 Mustang blending in with the Mustangs of decades past; a lowered front hood and new fascia frame make the 2018 model distinct, while new LED helps light your way toward the future. A Mustang convertible delivers quick, quiet operation when the top is being opened or closed, and all mechanisms are controlled through the center latch. No need to worry about the tiny trunks that typically accompany a convertible; The Ford Mustang has enough trunk space to fit even a golf bag.

LED front lighting is one of the major selling points of the 2018 Ford Mustang. In fact, all the lights you see on a Ford Mustang are LED, including the signature lighting, low beams, turn signals, projector high beams and available fog lamps. The new LEDs consume 30% less power than the previous years’ model (HID lights). In addition to premium lighting, you can choose between 11 exterior colors (including Orange Fury Tri-coat, Kina Blue and Royal Crimson Tinted Clearcoat).

Premium Plus

For those with EcoBoost Premium and GT Premium, you can tack on the premium plus package to bring luxury to the max. Keep your hands toasty in the wintertime with a heated steering wheel, and enjoy the feel of a leather-wrapped steering wheel and color-accented leather-trimmed seats. Maintain appearances with a Linked graphite aluminum applique on the dash and keep control at your fingertips with a 12-inch LCD digital cluster. Round things off with hand stitching on the center console, wrapped knee bolsters and shifter boot with stitching.
